PAYMENTS REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I get a refund?
All course deposits and fees are non refundable, however if you have a good reason for non attendance and are able to provide proof we may reschedule your course at the next available date.
Can I cancel or postpone my course?
All deposits and payments are non refundable. You can transfer your course to another person. Failure to attend will result in the loss of your place on the course and all payments made. If there is a genuine reason, for cancellation this will be taken into consideration (proof may be required).
Can I pay by instalments?
Yes, up to 4 instalments can be made. There is an additional 5.5% charge per instalment. Full payment is required 14 days before your course starts.
How much is the course deposit?
This depends on your course; full details of deposits is displayed on our website
SPECIAL NEEDS
English is not my first Language, can I still enrol?
Please let us know when you enrol. We will need to discuss your needs and see how we can accommodate you. We may permit you to bring an Interpreter who will assist you understanding the course requirements (oral and written questions) in order to adhere to our standard procedure. We reserve the right not to issue our certificate if you cannot prove you have essential knowledge and understanding required. We may have to schedule a private 121 class for you at an additional cost of £30

GENERAL QUESTIONS
What should I wear to the course?
Uniforms are not necessary but you are expected to dress professionally (white or black shirt, short sleeves or it must be able to be rolled up and black trousers/skirt or a Tunic (no jeans). No jewellery (except wedding band) should be worn to the course. Hair must be tied back off the face and sleeves should be short. Nails should be short and clean without any varnish or nail extensions if enrolling on a Manicure & Pedicure Course
How can I find the Training Centre?
You will be sent a map and instructions on how to locate us before you start your course. Please ensure you arrive 15mins before your course starts. If you are late you may be asked to rebook at a cost.
I need Hotel Accommodation, where can I stay?
A list of hotels, B & B and Guest Houses will be sent to you upon request.
What is a Nail/Beauty Starter Kit?
This is all the products and tools required for you to start practicing at home as soon as you complete your course. The kit should contain enough products for you to recoup the cost of your training. See online for prices
Do I have to purchase a Nail or Beauty kit?
This is optional for most courses. You will be informed at enrolment if you will need to buy one.
Why are your courses shorter than other Colleges?
We teach in small groups 4-6 students. This give our students individual attention. We cover more practical than theory. You may be required to carry out practical treatments on your fellow students. It is necessary for the Student to studying at home using a Training manual, DVD or recommended textbook and continue practising and updating their skills.
What time does my course start and finish?
This depends on what venue and the course you are taking but it will be approximately between 9am and 6.00pm or 5.30pm to 9.30pm It is important to arrive 15 mins before your course starts for registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may have to rebook at a charge.
If I fail, can I retake my assessment again?
Yes, you can retake your assessment, which is free of charge but you will need to bring your own products. Starter Kits for your course can be purchased via our website. All tools and electrical appliances will be provided.
Can I get insurance after doing the course?
Yes, you will be able to gain insurance with our Certificates; all the details will be given when you are successful. Our insurance will enable you to perform treatments on paying clients.
