COURSE BOOKINGS

Can I pay over the telephone?

We do not accept payments over the phone as we cannot guarantee security.

How can I book a course?

All debit/credit card transactions are securely processed by www.PayPal.co.uk 
on our behalf. 

(1)Log on to www.londonschoolofnailsandbeauty.co.uk.
(2)Select the course you require  and enter your preferred provisional date. 

(3) Make a deposit or full payment then complete Credit Card Details or use your PayPal Account. 

(4)You will receive an email receipt for your online payment and a Course Confirmation Letter will be emailed to you within 48 hours, with full enrolment details ( Training Venue Directions, Course information, British Rail and Underground Maps & Hotels) etc... 

(5) The remaining balance is to be paid on the first day you start/enrol.  (Basically, you can pay in 2 interest free instalments).  Full payment is required for late enrolments.

Does the course price include VAT/TAX?

The Great News is, All course prices are inclusive of VAT & TAX. Which means the price you see is the price you pay!

Are all Products included in my course fee?

The Wonderful thing is, Your course fee includes all your products, certification, VAT and Training. 
Which means there is nothing else to pay.

Do I need to provide proof of I.D?

No proof of identification is required for our fast-track accredited course(s).  However,
if you wish to enrol on a NVQ or VRQ then you will require I.D.

Can I apply for a Visa to Study at your School?

Unfortunately the School cannot assist international students to acquire a Visa to study in the UK.

What should I wear?

Uniforms are not necessary but you are expected to dress professionally (white or black
shirt, short sleeves or it must be able to be rolled up and black trousers/skirt or a salon uniform (no jeans or trainers).

Can I wear Nail Extensions, Eyelashes etc..?

You will be notified of all "Course Requirements" before you attend your class.  This is listed in your Enrolment Letter.


Can I buy a Gift Voucher for a Friend/Family?

You can purchase a Gift Card Voucher to as a surprise for someone special.  The Gift
Card must be used within 8 weeks.

If I book several courses, can I get a discount?

Yes, if you book several courses, this will be referred to our Finance Team to arrange a discount.

Yes, if you book one course, 4 weeks in advance.  You can receive £25 off selected courses. 

Can I pay by Instalments?

Courses under £1000 can be paid by 2/3 interest free instalments.  You can also
use our Gift Card Vouchers to pay by instalments.

What will I receive if I "Refer a Friend"?

You can also be eligible for a Discounted Courses, Free gifts & Commission Payments.

Where are your Training Branches/Address?

We have branches in Central London (Oxford St), Norwich (1 mile from City Centre near Dereham Rd), Essex (near Stratford), London Docklands (near Canary Wharf) and Cardiff. Our Admin Department will email you full enrolment details including map and directions even hotel accommodation.

Where can I stay, I don't live in the area?

A list of hotels, B & B and Guest Houses will be sent to you upon enrolment.

Can I buy a Starter Kit?

Yes on some courses. This will be listed on the website.

Do I have to purchase a Nail or Beauty kit?

No, you do not have to buy a kit. Once you complete your course, you are provided with
a list of suppliers.

Why are your courses shorter than other Colleges?

We teach in small groups 2-8 students at a time. This gives our students 100% attention.
You will be covering more practical than theory in the class. If you enrolled at our Essex or Docklands branch, you will be emailed a 1 day Home Study material in advance. This will ensure you have a good idea of what you will be doing before you begin your course before you come in to do your practical.

 

PAYMENTS REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I get a refund?

Unfortuantely, We cannot issue refunds as your place has been reserved for you.

Can I cancel my course?

It is not possible to cancel, transfer, postpone or change your course date. However, you
can transfer your course to another person.

What if I cannot attend my course?

Please contact our Customer Services Department, to let us know why you are unable to
attend your course.

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes, courses under £1000 can be made in 2 / 3 interest free instalments. If you
prefer to pay by BACS, the 1st instalment must be online.

Can I arrange my own course date?

Yes you can. Just email us 3 of your preferred dates together with an online payment. (discounted course prices are not included)

Can I arrange a 121 Tutition?

Yes, this will be subject to an additional fee ranging from £35 (London Docklands Branch) & Essex Branch (free) and £75 (all other branches).  Full Course payment is required.  Just email us 3 of your preferred course dates to admin@londonschoolofnailsandbeauty.co.uk  together your online payment.  This information will be passed to your Tutor to confirm availability.

 

SPECIAL NEEDS

English is not my first Language, can I still enrol?

Yes you can. Our training manuals can be translated into most foreign languages.   Email our admin@londonschoolofnailsandbeauty.co.uk you wish to bring an interpretor.  You
may be advised to enrol on a 121 class. 

I have a Special needs /Skin disorder, can I still enrol?

Please let us know before you enrol, so we can discuss your needs and see how
we can best accommodate you to gain a qualification with us or Click Here

What time does my course start and finish?

This depends on what venue and the course you are taking. Course times are
approximately between 10am-5.30pm. Please visit our website for full details.

Do i have to do an assessment or test?

All students are assessed with questions and tutor observation. 

What happens, if I fail my practical/assessment?

You will be given a date to come back free of charge. 
Do I need a model?

You will be informed at the time of booking if you require a model. A model is not
needed if there are other students in the class.
