Course Cancellations & Refunds

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:  

If you wish to cancel your course(s) you must contact us, in writing only via our website Click info@ondonschoolofnailsandbeauty.co.uk  (not by phone) Please note you will forfeit all your course fees for cancelling your course.  You cannot transfer or change dates, if you do not attend class. 

If a course is cancelled by the London School of Nails and Beauty or one of our External Training Providers you will be given the next available training free of charge: Check our Course Timetable for dates.  If we are unable to provide you with an alternative course date, you will be given a full refund. 

Due to student make fraudulent claims students agrees to waive consumer rights to a refund due to being (1)informed via email and Course Confirmation Letter stating all deposits and payments are non-refundable also this is based on (2) Students already receiving our Company's Pre Study Course Information (training Manuals) before attending class and (3) students will have been trained by a qualified Tutor who has already been paid in advance (4)in some instances training venues are paid in advance for to train students and Tutors cancelling all other appointments and jobs to train students (5) Students are certified as a qualified Therapists or Technicians and therefore provided with certifications which cannot be revoked from the awarding body once issued. (6) Students Agree again by Completing the Student Registration Form. Based on these circumstances, unfortunately we are not in a position to issue course transfers or refunds.

There are no refunds or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such (weather conditions, illness, events, public transport) you will not be entitled to a refund.  The London School of Nails and Beauty or our External Training Providers reserves the right to change dates, prices, contents, training providers and venues without any responsibility or Liability.  Your preferred location is subject to demand only.  Travel or Hotel expenses will not be reimbursed.  If we are unable to provide you with training, you will be entitled to a full refund.

 

NON ATTENDANCE / LATENESS:

Maps and Transportation Numbers are emailed to all students as part of their Enrolment Pack to assist them to plan their journey in advance.  If you cannot attend for any reason.  Please send an email or call 0844 739 4242 (calls recorded).   If you are more than 20 minutes late for your course, you may have re-book and pay again.  Arriving late onto a course will cause disruption to other students and Tutor Planning. More importantly you would have missed out on valuable information and practical work required to pass your qualification.  The school is not allowed to issue certificates to students who are not deemed competent and have not completed each individual course from start to finish. Unfortunately, all course fees are forfeited.   

You can cancel your booking at anytime by email or by leaving a message on our Student Support Line 0844 739 4242. Please leave your name, course, branch location and contact number and reasons why you are unable to attend. (All calls are recorded)

We are unable to offer refunds, if you want to cancel your training course because you are feeling unwell; weather conditions or if you have changed your mind or any other reason.

However, we recognise that in exceptional circumstances, such as bereavement, we would issue you a credit note at such a difficult time. These decisions are made at the discretion of our Administration Team and will only be considered if the bereavement relates to an immediate family member, for example a partner, child, parent or sibling. Should you be in the unfortunate situation of suffering such bereavement in your immediate family, you should send a scanned copy of the death certificate or Burial Programme to our Admin Team.
