Returns & Exchanges

All orders are double-checked before dispatching.

Products is posted once the Sales Department receives confirmation that students have passed their course(s).  We are not permitted to post items beforehand. Please note:  Students should not book clients until their product has arrived. Most items are posted by 2nd Class Recorded Delivery via the Royal Mail. 

A Recorded Delivery item is not a tracking service. Therefore a tracking number will not be provided. This service only provides confirmation of postage & signature only (Tracing/Proof of signature can take up to 15 days).  Unfortunately, we have no control over the Royal Mail delivery or any other delivery Service used especially during holiday season.

RETURNS POLICY:

All items are checked before posting. We must be informed by email sales@londonschoolofnailsandbeauty.co.uk within 2 days of purchase (a) describing the reasons for returning the item and (b)date of purchase (c) Name &
Address, Tel No). You may receive authorisation to return the item along with
the Return Address. Items sent back without authorisation will not be processed.    Customers pay shipping costs for returns, repairs and exchanges 

If you are authorised to return a item.  It will need to return back to us, new, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. - All accessories/parts must remain in their original packaging – There are no refunds only exchanges. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. The Buyer will be responsible for charges where applicable if the items needs to be sent away for checks and repairs.

We do not accept responsibility for missing or lost items.  You must contact the delivery company.
